To allow us to offer this unique service and to maintain our close partnerships with the brands we love to sell and that you love to buy, we have a simple set of rules that we ask all our Members to follow.
1. Following the Finders Keepers Club Membership rules, is your choice
Your choices as a Member allow us to keep our community and incredible retail offers in great shape.
Finders Keepers Club Limited does reserve the right to refuse access to our website services and/ or to rescind Finders Keepers Club Membership to any Member who infringes our community’s rules.
2. Our Finders Keepers Club Members rules apply to the unique online sales events
Sales are hosted on our e-commerce store, at www.finderskeepersclub.co.uk.
3. Following the rules
Only by all Members acting together, following our rules, will we protect what is so special about Finders Keepers Club.
4. Considerate purchasing
Our online event sales are unlike other sales. We run short, exciting online sales events, giving our Members privileged access to incredible value items from truly premium UK brands. To allow us to run these sales, we ask that our Members use their statutory rights as a consumer in a considered way. Doing this allows us to maintain our service and prices at the level our Members expect. This means we encourage our Members to return items only if they are faulty or we have not described them accurately.
5. Considerate returns
We operate as a private sales club, with very low stock levels in very short-lived sales events. So our returns policy is designed to be simple and is a bit different from some other retailers. Please see here for our returns policy. We’d ask you to please consider this before buying and try to avoid returning items.
6. For the individual
Our events are strictly for personal purchases only. Only individuals are allowed to join Finders Keepers Club as Members. Buying items from Finders Keepers Club for resale is strictly not permitted.
7. Best pricing
Our prices may fluctuate and we reserve the right to amend prices at any time, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
8. Marketing
By joining our Club, our Members agree to receive marketing from us. We will not pass your information on to any third parties. Members will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
9. Honour the rules
Members who break our agreed rules may be blocked from access to our Member-only online sales at www.finderskeepersclub.co.uk.
Members who have paid a non-refundable annual joining fee to unlock premium Member benefits, should they be blocked from accessing the site as a result of deliberate rule breaking, may not be eligible for a refund of their Membership fee.
10. Membership Terms & Conditions
Decisions on Membership eligibility and determinations of what constitutes an infringement of Member rules will be at the sole discretion of the Club management team. It is important that you read our Membership Terms and Conditions and the Online Terms and Conditions, which apply when our Members browse or purchase goods from our website. These terms apply to all sales on our website, and they also remind you of your key rights and our obligations as an online retailer, under UK consumer laws.
